William brings his own equipment and a strong work ethic to every job. Pricing is by quote — just describe your project and he'll give you a fair number.
Small yards and multi-acre fields. William operates a lawn tractor for large lots — perfect for Homestead's 2-acre properties.
Can use your equipment to save you a little money.
Cutting down scrub oak up to ~6" diameter, dragging to a pile, and cutting to disposal-ready sizes.
Debris is cut and piled on-site; hauling away is not included.
Cleaning concrete driveways, patios, and walkways with a pressure washer.
Yard Cleanup
Raking, picking up pinecones and pine needles, trimming grass edges, pulling weeds, and general yard tidying.
Pet Care
Dog walking and pet sitting while you're away. William is comfortable with dogs and other household pets.
Please provide your pet's leash, harness, or collar.

A few things to know
- • William does not have a driver's license — all jobs must be within walking or biking distance in Homestead.
- • Tree work is limited to scrub oak and similar brush up to approximately 6" in diameter. No large-tree felling.
- • No chemical weed treatments, hauling/disposal, or work requiring a vehicle.
- • Availability varies around school, Scout commitments, and family schedule. He'll always communicate clearly.
- • All jobs are scheduled with parent awareness. Contact information goes to William and his dad.

William is a dedicated local student and active Boy Scout working toward his Eagle Scout rank — the highest achievement in Scouting. He takes that same commitment to excellence into every job he takes on in Homestead.
Some of the work William does — from yard projects to community service — can count toward his Scout merit badges, which means he approaches every task with genuine care and a desire to do it right.
Every job is scheduled with his parent's knowledge, and all communication is copied to his dad. You're not just hiring a neighbor kid — you're hiring a young man who is building real skills and a real reputation in our community.
